Our Purpose

Who We Serve

The High Plains Early Learning Connection serves a fifteen county region, including the counties of Arthur, Chase, Dundy, Frontier, Grant, Hayes, Hitchcock, Hooker, Keith, Lincoln, Logan, McPherson, Perkins, Red Willow, and Thomas.
